At West Fits, we want you to look and feel your best. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the following:
The request is made within 2 days of receiving the delivery.
The item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must have the original tags and packaging intact.
The receipt or proof of purchase is available.
Non-Returnable Items:
Clearance or Sale items (unless defective).
Innerwear or socks (for hygiene reasons).
2. Valid Reasons for Return
We accept returns/exchanges for the following reasons:
Size Issue: The product does not fit (too big or too small).
Defective Product: The product has a manufacturing defect, tear, or stain.
Wrong Item: You received a product different from what you ordered.
3. The Exchange Process
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color:
Contact Us: Email us at info@westfits.com or message our Facebook Page with your Order ID and details of the issue.
Ship Back: Once approved, please send the product back to our address.
Inspection: Upon receiving the item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
Exchange: If approved, we will ship the new item to you.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only if:
We are unable to provide a replacement/exchange.
The product was out of stock after you paid.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (e.g., bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer).
Please allow 5-7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
Customer’s Responsibility: If you are returning an item due to a size change or change of mind, you will be responsible for the shipping costs (sending it back to us and the delivery charge for the new item).
West Fits’ Responsibility: If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product), we will bear all delivery charges.
