1 cup of sea salt
1 cup of Epsom salt
2 cups of baking soda
A few drops of any essential oil
Put all the ingredients in boiling water and mix well until dissolved. Leave it for a while to cool and then soak your feet for half an hour. This foot bath soothes your skin, detoxes your body, and fights exhaustion.
Clay Detox Bath :
½ cup bentonite clay
½ cup Epsom salt
A few drops of any essential oil

2 cups of hydrogen peroxide
1 tbsp. ginger powder
First fill your tub with hot water and add the ingredients. Soak your feet for half an hour. This foot bath detoxes your body and treats allergies and skin irritations.
